The whole site is governed by French and international copyright and intellectual property law.

Article 6: data collection and privacy

Any information collected on the site is used only for purposes related to the use of www.eleanorpayet.com, such as the contact form. We undertake never to pass on users’ information in any way (sale, exchange, loan, rental, gift). Ebook payments are processed by Stripe: card details are never passed on to Eléanor Payet.

Audience measurement: the site uses Umami, which counts visits anonymously, without cookies and without any data that could identify you.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data at any time by writing to contact@eleanorpayet.com.

Article 7: newsletter

By subscribing to “L’Édito”, Eléanor Payet’s newsletter, you agree to receive style advice and news from Eléanor Payet by email, about twice a month (in French). Only your email address is collected. It is kept by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), the sending provider, for as long as you remain subscribed.

Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also ask for your data to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@eleanorpayet.com.

Article 8: terms of sale of the ebook

Product. Ebook “Je veux déterminer ma colorimétrie”, a PDF file written in French, sold for €29. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made by card via Stripe; an invoice is sent by email.

Delivery. The ebook can be downloaded immediately after payment, from the confirmation page. The download link is valid for 30 days.

No right of withdrawal, non-refundable. In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately. By confirming the order, the buyer requests immediate access to the ebook and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. The ebook therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Credit. The purchase is worth a credit of €29, linked to the email address used for the order, on a colour analysis session (€280) booked within 6 months of purchase. The credit is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.

Use. The ebook is for strictly personal use. Any copying, distribution or resale, even partial, is prohibited.
