Yes. The discovery appointment is free and lasts one hour. It lets us get to know each other, understand your needs and suggest the most suitable service.

A makeover changes your appearance, often in a single session. Image consulting is made-to-measure guidance: you understand what flatters you (colours, cuts, style) and become independent day to day. A makeover changes how you look; image consulting gives you the keys to stay yourself, for good.

If you have less and less time to spend on your appearance, if your image matters every day but you do not know how to make the most of it, or if your current wardrobe no longer satisfies you, then yes, a personal stylist is made for you!

If you want a fashion expert for a short experience, to find in a few hours the pieces your wardrobe is missing, suited to your wishes, your personality and your style, then yes, a personal shopper is right for you!

Before becoming partners, they were all providers I used as a client myself. I have tested every one of them, with a single aim: to offer you the finest experiences.

You will usually receive a reply within 24 hours of sending your email.

It depends on your needs and the service you choose. The two image consulting packages are €960 and €2,500, à la carte services start at €180 and personal shopping at €650. The discovery appointment is free.

It depends on the services chosen. Image consulting usually takes 2 to 4 months, with sessions of 1 to 2 hours a week depending on the step. Most personal shopping services take a full or half day. Special occasions are quoted individually.

Every package can be adapted, with one service more or one less. If you would like to create your own experience, choose the à la carte services.

Absolutely! Each one is available on its own in the à la carte section.

The discovery appointment can be rescheduled online up to 48 hours before; to cancel it, just write to me. For all other services, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session is due.

Of course: our tastes evolve over time. Nothing is set in stone, so every year, if you wish, we can review where you are and what could be improved. You can also book any additional service.

Yes, the free one-hour discovery appointment can take place by phone. For all other services, I prefer meeting in person, especially as some of them require a closeness that cannot happen online.

Packages cannot be bought directly online because we need to meet first to define exactly what you need.

You only pay for what has already been done. If the full service has already been paid, the difference will be refunded.

Yes, in most cases you can pay in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments.

Yes, I travel throughout France and even abroad. Travel expenses (transport and accommodation if needed) are added to the final price.
